Daddy's Boys

These boys of mine love their dad. I lost hope on Clayton being Mommy's boy a long time ago, I was still holding out on that being a possibility with Quincy… I am beginning to think that he will be Daddy's too! Here's what the boys in my life have been up to lately:

Lawn Mowing Trio :)
They built a birdhouse to put in the tree in the backyard
side note: Quincy's eyes! Holy smokes!!
Clayton is so proud of the birdhouse he made with Dad
Finished and in the tree!
Sunday I went visiting teaching after dinner and when I got back they were roasting marshmallows in the backyard.
Sean took this picture today, they played outside while I was making dinner and Clayton flexed his super hero muscles :)

Easter Fun

We spent Easter with the Wallaces and Grandma and Grandpa Self. We gave our kids their baskets Saturday morning. Then continued the celebrations over the rest of the weekend. Mom and Cliff came to our house while we were at church and hid eggs for Clayton and Quincy to find when we got home. Clayton was so excited to see that the "easter bunny" had come! We had dinner followed by another egg hunt at Tif and Brad's afterwards.
It was a fun weekend and it was good to spend it surrounded by family.
I am thankful for holidays that celebrate the important things in life. I am grateful for the knowledge I have of a living Christ who makes it possible for my family to be eternal.
Happy Easter everyone!

Massacre Rocks State Park

First camping trip of the season! We went to Massacre State Park right outside American Falls. It was fun. We broke in the new trailer and made some memories.
Yes, yes, we sold our camping souls and got a camp trailer! We are old, wimpy people now and it's awesome!
This is a "where's Clayton" picture :
Can you find him??

Cruising Baby

At first glance this is a cute picture until you notice that isn't a smile coming from Quincy… Or maybe you didn't notice, in that case just keep thinking it's a tender moment between brothers.
 Finally wearing shorts!

I found Clayton like this...
This little man is a officially a cruiser!
