Oh, so Cute

This little man is a silly one. He has been saying some funny things these days.

Here are a couple of things he says that we think are cute:
pigging bank = piggy bank
ados cha-cho = adios muchachos
poke chop = pork chop
tracker = tractor
dune-it-gin = do it again

The other day I was taking pictures of him and the camera screen was facing him so he could see himself and he was making all kinds of faces then he tells me "oh, so cute!" about himself!
He was right about that! Here are the pictures:

He was playing around on a chair at the kitchen table and coming close to falling out of the chair... here is the conversation that followed:
Me: "Stop doing that Clayton, you are scaring me."
Clayton: "ROAARR! Are you scared?!"

I was making mashed potatoes (one of his favorites!) He came in the kitchen and saw what I was making and he yells "YAY! I'm SO excited!!" while jumping up and down

He was in the bathtub, I heard this conversation between him and Sean:
Sean: "Ok buddy, it's time to get out and get your pjs on."
Clayton: "Ummm, not yet." very matter of fact, as if he is in charge around here! :)

He was trying to pull a keychain off of the ring and he said "ugh, too heavy!"

Here are some more recent pictures of our little man:

Here is a cute video of him doing his frog hop :)

Oregon Christmas

Christmas was spent in Oregon this year with Sean's side of the family.
Before we left, we had our own small present opening morning at our house with the very few presents we had under our tree.
Clayton got a car garage from us, he loves it!

We took our stockings to Oregon with us so we could open them on Christmas morning. Clayton got a lot of awesome presents. In his stocking from Mom and Dad, He got more cars to use with his car garage, some action figures, and some books. Grandma and Grandpa got him some movies, and lots of trucks and tractors... even one he can ride on!
Clayton loved going to the "drive-up movies" in Grandma and Grandpa's living room :)
Sean and Clayton rode the train at the mall with Valerie and her girls. Clayton, was in heaven! He kept talking about it all day long!

This is what the road conditions were on our way to and from Sean's parent's house! They were super snowy and icy... which is why we ended off the road in the sage brush at one point!! Luckily it wasn't any worse than that, and a nice person was able to tow us back onto the road so we could continue on.

Then we headed back to Idaho and spent a few days with my family. We made fires out in the snow and went snowmobiling and sledding. Clayton got a movies, more cars, a play dough pizza kitchen, and a rocking horse.
We completely failed in the picture taking while in Weiser but here is a picture of Clayton riding his horse. He loves it! He always yells "Yeehaw, Giddy up!!"

Deck the Halls

We got to go and cut down our Christmas tree this year!
Our tree is a "Charlie Brown" tree but we love it, and Clayton thinks it's awesome, so I guess that is all that matters :)
 Helping Daddy saw the tree
He also insisted on helping Dad drag the tree back to the truck!
He was soaked so he rode pants-less on the way home :)
Clayton kept saying "plug lights" and would dance around with the lights after plugging them in!
In his snack cup he keeps the sheep from his nativity scene, because they are easier to hold all at once that way, of course, Doesn't everyone carry around sheep in a snack cup?? :)
Clayton hangs ornaments on the lights instead of the tree branches...
He also likes to hang them all in a nice row in the same spot :)
Our stockings were hung on our welcome sign with care, because we don't have a chimney :)
Our finished tree! Our halls are now officially "decked" and ready for Christmas! It's so festive in here, we love it!!

Thanksgiving Week

We had a great Thanksgiving! This was the first Thanksgiving that we have spent with family since we've been married. It was fun to have them with us this year! Dinner was delicious (Thanks to Tifani, who did most of the cooking.)
The list of eaters: The whole Wallace gang, including Brad's parents Herb and Vicki, Justin and Tori, Cameron, Mom, Cliff, and of course the Boggs.
There is a major shortage of pictures (sorry, that always seems to happen!!)
I made this cheese-ball turkey, it was Tifani's idea, isn't it cute?
After Thanksgiving, we joined in on the Black Friday shopping because we are crazy like that! At midnight Tifani, Justin, Tori, Sean, and I went shopping for nothing in particular really, I just went along to spend some quality time with my siblings. It was a fun night and we were all laughing about stuff that probably wasn't funny but in our tired delirious state we thought was hilarious! It turned out to be a horrible idea when we were all exhausted the next day!!
On Friday some of the guys went to Idaho Falls to check out a sporting goods store there. Cliff bought a puppy that Clayton thought was the coolest thing ever! He loved holding it on his lap in the car!

Friday night was the Parade of Lights and it was awesome! There were a lot of people there and all the lights on the floats were so cool!

On Saturday Cade was able to have his baptism since all the family was still in town. It was a great day. Cade looked so grown-up (I can't believe he is already 8!!) We are so proud of Cade for choosing to be baptized, and setting an example for is siblings, and his cousins!
