On Saturday we went to an art and music festival. Sean wanted to take the train so we could save the headache and money on finding downtown parking. I haven't ever taken public transportation before (yeah, yeah I'm from a small town ok!) So I was really excited! We took 3 different trains to get there it was fun! I was kinda scared of all the weird people that use the train here though, I held on to Sean the entire time and when we were at stations I was never more than 2 inches away from him! He thought that was funny... I didn't. I would NEVER ride it without him! :) The art festival was cool, as cool as an art festival can be. It was neat to see all of the artwork, some of it was really good, it was all REALLY expensive, of course.

Where's the pics of the art?
I too had never been on public transit before I met John, and the first time I was in Portland and had to ride the MAX I was terrified! But soon after that I actually took a trip with 2 girlfriends up to Portland via Amtrak. It was so fun, I felt so grown up. It was the city buses and taxis that really freaked me out! HA HA.
I've never been on a train before either!! I love the wind-blown-hair look, totally adorable!
Okay so I havent ever gone on public transportation unless it was with school on a feild trip. Brave girl! I think I would of totally stayed next to mike too!
