Quincy James Boggs

Our second little boy is finally here! Quincy was born at 6:43am Monday, July 8th, he weighed 8lbs 12oz! I was shocked at how big he was! 

We love this little dude so much, we are so blessed! Heavenly Father sent the perfect little boy for our family! He has such a sweet spirit that instantly touched our hearts. We are so happy that he is here!

The birth experience this time around was pretty much the complete opposite of what we had with Clayton. Quincy's birthday had been planned for a few months so we knew what day he would be born, we had to go to the hospital at 4:30 in the morning, two hours before the scheduled c-section. Sean got to be with me the whole time. The surgery went great and our little boy came out a lot bigger than we had anticipated! 

Getting ready for Baby

In just a few days our little baby boy will be here! Here's what we've been doing to pass the time...

Clayton has an official big boy room now. We moved the crib (he was still using it during nap time) and the changing table out and he takes his naps in his big boy bed now. We got his dresser done and also built him a bookshelf. He is so proud of his new room!

He has been playing more imaginary games by himself, it is so cute to watch him play and see the things he comes up with. 

 He's also been practicing his bike riding skills and he does awesome!

July 4th

We went to the Wallace's today for a BBQ and some fireworks. Clayton loved watching the fireworks and hanging out with his cousins. Happy 4th of July! 

Bear World

My mom is in town for a few days watching the Wallace kids while Tif and Brad are out of town. Today we all went to Bear World. It was a lot of fun! We didn't get a lot of pictures but here are the few that we did get:

Salt Lake City

Sean had to go to Salt Lake for a few days this week for work and Clayton and I were lucky enough to tag along with him... we played while he was working. He was done around 3:00 each day so we got some quality family time in during the evenings. I also got to hang out with one of my childhood friends (Minda Egbert) that I haven't seen since I was pregnant with Clayton, it was good to see her and have her finally meet the little man. It was a great "vacation" we are glad that we got to go!

The first day we went to temple square and walked around then to Benihana's for dinner. 

On Thursday we went to the aquarium with Minda:

The last day we went to a cool park that had a splash zone at it. Clayton had so much fun playing in the water!

Family Fun Day

Saturday was Pocatello's annual family fun day, and since our family is always down for some fun, we decided to check it out... and fun it was! There was booths set up from local stores, bouncy houses, fire trucks, and a helicopter that landed in the park! Clayton also got to meet Smokey the Bear (he only liked Smokey from a distance though)

Clayton LOVED the bounce houses! It was hard to get him to come out when it was time to go home.

The fire fighters gave him a cool fire hat and we got free Creamies samples from the Costco booth
